Smart Dog Breed Classifier

Welcome to the Smart Dog Breed Classifier!

This web application allows you to upload an image of a dog and find out its breed. We use a machine learning model trained using transfer learning, which leverages pre-trained models and fine-tunes them for specific tasks.

This model supports classification among 115 dog breeds and was trained on a dataset of 16,944 training images.

The vast majority of images used for training were obtained from the Stanford Dog Breed Dataset.

Follow the simple steps below to get started:

1. Click on Choose an Image to select a dog image from your device. The clearer the image of the dog, the better.
2. Once the image is displayed, click on Classify to predict the breed.
3. View the predicted breed and confidence level.
4. If you know the actual breed, you can confirm or deny the prediction to help improve our model.
